We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Experience in the F&B and hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to secure coverage and endorsements.
Content Creation: Create compelling press releases, newsletters, social media content, and marketing materials tailored to the target audience.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including digital and offline marketing initiatives, to drive brand awareness and sales.
Event Management: Organize and coordinate PR and marketing events, including launches, partnerships, and community initiatives.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies as needed.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates, engagement, and growth in following.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
Role Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in PR and marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media tools).
Other: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Mentally strong individual required for this role.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
