We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Optometrists Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for optometry professionals to leverage their expertise in eyecare while engaging in exciting outdoor sales activities.Responsibilities:-Utilize optometric knowledge and expertise to promote our range of eyewear products and services to optometry practices, eye care professionals, and other potential clients.-Conduct outdoor sales visits to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.-Provide personalized consultations and product demonstrations to clients, offering tailored eyewear solutions based on individual needs and preferences.-Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business growth and market expansion.-Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field (required).-Licensed preferred but not required-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear or healthcare industry.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.-Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively for outdoor sales activities.
