Property Manager
Responsibilities
- Proactively build a portfolio and pipeline of properties.
- Contact landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets to sell the benefits of Property Management.
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the landlord.
- Consistently meet targets.
- Coordinate tenant move‑in and move‑out processes and resolve any maintenance issues.
- Achieve company KPI’s on Google and Feefo customer reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Driving license and a car preferred.
- Experience in Dubai and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to speak persuasively to clients over the telephone.
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Confident working in a commission‑focused environment (high risk, high reward).
