Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor tojoin ourdynamicteamin Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our IT operations, managing technical staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s technology infrastructure.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering acollaborativeandinnovativework environment.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security.
Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers.
Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Conduct regular system audits and implement upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provideinnovative solutions.
Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drivecontinuous improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on IT operations, projects, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
Strong team management andleadershipskills with a focus onteam development.
Excellentproblem-solvingand analytical abilities to address complex IT challenges.
Proven experience in ITproject managementand implementation.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skillsto interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.
Proficiency in creating detailed reports and documentation.
Knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and fosterinnovationwithin the IT department.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting end-user needs.
