IT Specialist (Hardware & Networking) – F & B experience is required Jobs in Doha at HUNDRED GROUP
We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with strong skills in hardware, networking, POS systems, CCTV troubleshooting, and online aggregator platforms to support our multi‑branch specialty coffee shop and restaurant operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all branches on hardware, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair computers, POS machines, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across all locations.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and network performance for all branches.
- Manage and update online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc.).
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Respond to IT support requests from branches and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
- Support new branch openings with IT setup and configuration.
- Ensure data security, backup procedures, and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, hardware, and networking roles.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN networking
- Routers, switches, access points
- CCTV installation & troubleshooting
- POS systems (setup, maintenance, repair)
- Online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage.
- Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
