We are looking for a Social Media Associate (Linked In) to help us expand our social media marketing reach and engagement with potential candidates within the on-shore and off-shore IT consulting companies.
Job Overview
As a Social Media Associate (Linked In), you will be responsible for engaging with our target candidate pool using Linked In. You will use automated tools such as Phantom Buster to increase profile views and engage candidates through organic Linked In direct messages. You will also create Linked In polls that engage candidates meaningfully and respond to InMail. Your goal will be to funnel leads to the recruitment team and increase our social media reach and engagement with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with our target candidate pool using Linked In
Use automated tools such as Phantom Buster to increase profile views
Create Linked In polls that engage candidates meaningfully
Respond to InMail and engage candidates through organic Linked In direct messages
Funnel leads to the recruitment team
Increase our social media reach and engagement with potential candidates
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Associate (Linked In) or similar role
Familiarity with Linked In and its features
Experience using automated tools such as Phantom Buster
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage with potential candidates through Linked In direct messages and respond to In Mail
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Working Hours
The working hours for this role are 9am – 5pm IST. This is a remote job and you can work from anywhere in India.
