We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter with proven experience hiring real estate agents in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local property market, an established industry network, and the ability to attract top sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit high-performing real estate agents.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Existing real estate network is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required; Chinese or Russian speakers are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
