IT Service Management Consultant – 1 year FTC

Description
* Design, implement, and optimise ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management.
* Configure and enhance ITSM workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, approvals, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
* Drive automation initiatives and leverage AI capabilities to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
* Manage CMDB governance, configuration data quality, and IT asset lifecycle management activities.
* Develop performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement programmes that enhance operational maturity.
