Hydraulic Technician Jobs in Dubai at Aqua
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician with expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of garbage chute systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hydraulic equipment, compactor systems, chute discharge doors, and related mechanical components used in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic garbage chute systems and compactors.
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, motors, and control systems.
- Repair or replace damaged hydraulic components to restore system functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect garbage chute doors, hoppers, discharge mechanisms, and compactor units.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
- Test hydraulic pressure, identify leaks, and ensure proper system operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain service records and report maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams during repair work.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance and repair.
- Experience working on garbage chute systems, hydraulic compactors, or waste management equipment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and control circuits.
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Familiarity with power tools and maintenance equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
