Our company, a leading Cloud Solutions Systems Integrator, is seeking a highly-experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordof leading successful IT sales teams and a strong understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achievesales targetsand expand the customer base.
Lead the sales team to meet targets and evaluate costs for selling products and services.
Drive a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Create and communicate sales goals and ways to achieve those goals.
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
Oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees.
Establish sales projections and budgets.
Attend industry events and conferences to stayup-to-dateon industry trends.
Build, develop and improve sales pipeline deals and increase winning ratio for submitted and weighted sales pipeline deals.
Submit end of month, end of quarter and end of year accurate revenue and gross profit forecast.
Onboard new customers and bring new logos to the company.
Build, maintain and develop good relationships with technology vendors, distributors and customers.
Ability to submit growth over gross profit year over year for managed cloud, security, infrastructure and professional services line of businesses.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in selling IT products and solutions with aproven track recordin selling infrastructure, cloud, data, digital solutions as well as cybersecurity managed services and/or enterprise licensing in the Saudi Arabia market.
Proven leader with a blend of superior strategic, operational, andleadershipskills with a track record of developing teams of high-performing salespeople.
Strong understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
