About Us
We are a growing and dynamic interior fit-out company specializing in commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present company services.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain an updated CRM database and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (interior fit-out, construction, or related industry is preferred).
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
