Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents to help our clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and availability.
List and market properties effectively using various platforms and strategies.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
