Position: Investment Associate, GP Stakes, Global Private Investor UAE
About our client  We are working on an
exciting
opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to join their GP Stakes investment team. This team invests into private markets GPs, which means making a minority investment into the actual firm.
• What the job involves  Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in GP stakes across multiple strategies and geographies
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including
financial analysis
, market research, and competitive benchmarking
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to
senior management
on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook  Who we are looking for  You will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier University Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively
