We are looking forReal Estate Investment Advisorto join us in selling a roster of luxury off-plan properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work as an acting Investment Advisor to HNI & UHNI clients in the luxury property purchasing process, provide expert investment consultation & promote high-end projects by top developers.
Major Responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert for Dubai’s luxury off-plan developments.
Connect with high-net-worth individuals and investors seeking the best in luxury living.
Build lasting relationships with investors and luxury buyers.
Showcase luxury developments through presentations and property tours.
Stay ahead of market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
Guide clients through every step of the property purchase process.
Deliver a seamless, first-class experience from consultation to deal closure.
Ensure transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Strongcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion to grow & earn with delivering exceptional client service.
Fluency in English (other languages is an advantage).
