We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and results‑driven Property Specialist to represent top communities, guide buyers and investors, and close high‑value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings for ready and off‑plan properties
- Present properties with strong product, community, and market knowledge
- Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored consultations covering pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
- Provide lifestyle‑focused advisory highlighting community features, amenities, and long‑term value
- Negotiate offers and close deals with accuracy, professionalism, and strong market understanding
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional customer service and brand alignment
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to guide clients confidently through the buying and investment process
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is preferred
