Job Title: Inventory Supervisor

Location: Dubai & Abu dhabi – Manufacturing Facility
Job Summary
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring accurate stock management, maintaining optimal inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and supporting production requirements through efficient material availability and control.
The role ensures proper tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Ensure accurate stock records in the system and physical inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
2. Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities and staff performance
- Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and storage practices
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO (First In First Out / First Expired First Out) system
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse areas
3. Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve stock variances
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP systems
- Ensure reconciliation between physical and system stock
4. ERP & System Management
- Update inventory transactions in ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ensure timely posting of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue vouchers
- Generate inventory reports and dashboards for management
5. Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with production team for material requirements
- Work with procurement team for timely replenishment
- Liaise with logistics for inbound and outbound shipments
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures
- Follow company policies and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Track inventory KPIs such as turnover ratio and stock accuracy
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock
8. Team Supervision
- Supervise storekeepers
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Provide training on inventory processes and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Mandatory 3–6 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management in manufacturing
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)

- Advanced Excel, WMS(Warehouse Management System) and ERP proficiency
