Warehouse & Inventory Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, handling, counting, and preparing goods for dispatch while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
- Check goods for quantity, quality, and visible damage upon receipt.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to company standards.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliation.
- Update inventory records accurately and promptly in the ERP/WMS or inventory system.
- Pick, prepare, pack, and stage goods for dispatch according to delivery orders.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles in coordination with drivers and the dispatch team.
- Ensure goods are handled and stored safely to prevent damage.
- Report damaged, expired, missing, or misplaced items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock verification.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and orderliness at all times.
- Follow all company safety procedures and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment.
- Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, when required.

- Monthly Salary: AED 1,500
