Responsibilities: –
1. *Meeting and Schedule Management*:
– Manage calendars using *Google Calendar*, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
– Coordinate and set up virtual meetings using *Google Meet, **Zoom*, or other video conferencing tools, ensuring smooth execution.
– Prepare pre-meeting documents, and agendas, and ensure all materials are ready for client discussions.
– Take notes during meetings and provide actionable summaries for follow-up.
2. *Administrative and Operational Support*:
– Oversee preparing and organizing presentations and reports, ensuring they are client-ready and professional.
– Manage confidential client data while adhering to compliance regulations and organizational standards.
– Develop and maintain systems for tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
3. *Legal and Financial Coordination*:
– Conduct preliminary reviews of contracts, agreements, and other legal and financial documents.
– Liaise with external professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, and tax consultants, to address client requirements.
– Ensure alignment with financial and regulatory frameworks while supporting wealth and asset management projects.
4. *Client Relationship Management*:
– Handle onboarding processes, including welcome calls, client profile setup, and documentation.
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring timely responses.
– Monitor and maintain client engagement to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
5. *Content and Material Preparation*:
– Assist in creating and editing client-facing materials using *Google Docs, **Microsoft Word, and **Excel*.
– Simplify complex legal and financial concepts into clear, digestible content for client presentations and reports.
– Maintain templates and databases to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
6. *Research and Strategic Insights*:
– Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and taxation policies, providing briefs and insights for decision-making.
– Support the preparation of customized strategies tailored to individual client needs.
*Skill Requirements*
*Educational Background*:
– Bachelor’s degree in *Law* or *Accounting* (or both preferred).
– Knowledge of *wealth management, **tax laws, and **estate planning* is an advantage.
*Technical Expertise*:
– Proficiency in *legal* and *financial review* processes, including familiarity with compliance requirements.
– Strong command of *MS Office Suite* (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet).
– Experience with *video conferencing tools* such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
– Skilled in managing email communication, shared drives, and document management platforms.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with *high-net-worth clients*.
– Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
