Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to expand our global market presence and drive international sales growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with international clients, and manage cross-border business operations. This role requires strong business acumen, cultural awareness, and a proven track record in international sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business trips as required.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in international sales, export, or business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and business practices.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
