Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interior design concepts that meet client needs, using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and assess necessary consultations to ensure their expectations are met in every project.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends and directions in design, which helps in evaluating innovative ideas.
- Prepare proposals for clients, clearly presenting designs and concepts in an engaging and professional manner.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring implementation within specified financial limits.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design implementation with quality and excellence.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, providing regular reports on status to clients.
- Provide technical and creative support during the implementation process to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.
- Evaluate results after project completion, gathering feedback from clients to improve future operations.
