This is an office-based recruitment & sales role, focused on managing and closing candidates for international job opportunities in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate with candidates interested in working abroad
- Present clearly the job opportunities and process
- Build trust and handle objections professionally
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Close candidates into signed contracts
- Follow up consistently until conversion
This is a results-driven role — performance is measured by signed contracts
Compensation
- Salary: 20k salary for 6 months (after 6 months 25k)
- Commission per successfully signed candidate
- High earning potential for top performers
Fixed salary + commission

Required Profile
- Mandatory: Experience in international recruitment and study visa
- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close candidates
- Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
