Job Title: In-Store Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Supervisor / Store Manager
Job Summary
The In-Store Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display standards
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system
- Support visual merchandising and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- UAE retail experience in watches, eyewear, accessories, perfumes, or luxury products is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
- Well-presented with a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays if required
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience
- Attractive commission and incentives based on performance
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,100.00 per month
