Interior Fit-Out Draftsman Jobs in Dubai at We Shape Spaces Building Contracting LLC
Proven experience in interior fit-out drafting
Strong knowledge of fit-out submission drawings (for authority approvals)
DDA (Dubai Development Authority) approval experience – advantage
DM (Dubai Municipality) approval experience – advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and site teams
Good understanding of UAE fit-out codes and approval workflows
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update fit-out drawings (concept to as-built)
Prepare and submit authority drawings (DDA/DM/Civil Defence as applicable)
Coordinate revisions based on authority comments
Liaise with design, site, and PM teams for drawing accuracy
