Cover Teachers Jobs in Doha at Qatar Foundation
We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Cover Teachers to provide short-term and long term classroom coverage and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and classroom activities across assigned grade levels.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively in accordance with school policies.
- Support students’ academic progress and wellbeing during teacher absences.
- Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding lesson completion and student engagement.
- Perform supervision duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous teaching or classroom experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and grade levels.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
