We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D interior design concepts, renderings, and presentations
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, and project cost estimates
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control
- Prepare mood boards and material selections
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams
- Ensure designs and project execution meet client requirements and timelines
Requirements:
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction industry
- Proficient in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
- Knowledge in Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Strong creativity, communication, and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
