Job Title: Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 9,000 – 10,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong background in the Fit-Out industry to manage the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services required for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent supplier management, negotiation, and coordination skills while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for fit-out projects.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery schedules.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the estimation team to understand project requirements.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Track purchase orders, delivery status, and supplier performance.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience as a Procurement Engineer in the Fit-Out/Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and subcontractors in the UAE market.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement software.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
