Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design.
- Experience in the tiles, sanitary ware, sanitary fittings, or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, and interior finishes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and project goals.
- Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware, and finishing materials based on project requirements and budget.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design coordination.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
