Job Summary
Fables Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating innovative interior concepts, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and presentation materials. The candidate must be proficient in SketchUp and be comfortable using AI tools to enhance design workflows and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renderings.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation boards.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and drafting including layouts, elevations, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and material specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of interior design experience (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Mandatory proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, and material selection.
- Experience in creating concept designs and 3D visualizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) for design ideation, visualization, and workflow enhancement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of joinery detailing.
- FF&E selection experience.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
