Job Summary:
Worldwide Digital, a leading player in the digital printing industry, is seeking highly skilled and experienced Service Engineers to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our large format digital printing machines. The successful candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain digital printing machine to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of equipment efficiency.
3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client queries, offering technical guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction with our products.
4. Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, and documentation for each service visit.
6. Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of digital printing machine.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to enhance overall customer experience and product knowledge.
8. Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on field experiences to contribute to continuous improvement of our products.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining digital printing Machines Such as Mimaki, Epson, Mutoh, HP, Ricoh, Canon etc.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing digital printing machines(Mimaki, Epson, Mutoh, HP, Ricoh, Canon etc). Familiarity with software used in digital printing is a plus.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
6. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
