Accounts Assistant Jobs in Dubai at Golden Bay Tech International L.L.C

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and filing systems
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and documentation
  • Verify financial data and ensure accuracy of records
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the accounts department

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or relevant field
  • Experienced preferred; freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
  • Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good communication skills in English

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
