Job Description:
– Lead end-to-end interior design and fit-out project delivery for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai, from concept design and authority approvals to execution, handover, and post-completion.
– Manage approvals and compliance with Dubai authorities and master developers, including Dubai Land Department (DLD) inspections, off-plan project requirements, and coordination with Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, and similar entities.
– Oversee project planning, budgeting, contracts, and site execution, ensuring quality, cost control, timelines, and adherence to Dubai building codes, safety standards, and design intent.
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, managing designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers while handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced real estate development environment
