Job Summary
Affolux Interiors is seeking a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Interior Designer & Sales Executive who can handle both interior design and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare design concepts, generate quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and convert leads into successful projects.
This role requires strong design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from the initial client meeting through project handover.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare mood boards, space planning, and concept designs.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare presentation drawings for client approval.
- Modify designs based on client feedback.
- Ensure designs comply with UAE building regulations where applicable.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new sales leads through networking, social media, referrals, and marketing.
- Meet potential clients and conduct project presentations.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare material schedules.
- Attend site meetings.
- Monitor project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle client queries during project execution.
- Assist in project handover and snagging.
Documentation
- Prepare quotations and invoices.
- Maintain client records.
- Update CRM and sales reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain design files and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Software Knowledge
Candidate should be proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- 3ds Max (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/design.
- Knowledge of interior materials and fit-out execution.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month
- Visa provided by the company

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Additional hours may be required depending on project deadlines.
