We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare, translate, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents in Arabic and English.
  • Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government entities when required.
  • Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.

Requirements

  • Male candidate.
  • 5–6 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar executive support role.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
