We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, translate, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents in Arabic and English.
- Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government entities when required.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
Requirements
- Male candidate.
- 5–6 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar executive support role.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
