Insurance Sales Representative
We are hiring experienced Insurance Sales Professionals to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Life, General, and Motor Insurance with a proven ability to close deals in the UAE market.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE
UAE insurance selling experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Life, General & Motor Insurance
Experience working with an insurance brokerage firm is a strong advantage
Excellent understanding of the UAE insurance market
Target-driven mindset with a consistent closing track record
Strong communication and client relationship skills

Confident and self-motivated sales professionals
Passion for insurance sales and business development
Ability to generate, manage, and close leads independently
Job Benefits:
Competitive salary + attractive commission structure ( 5% – 30%) based on the insurance.
