We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in industrial instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians on daily operations
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in instrumentation supervision (oil & gas or industrial sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of control systems, calibration, and field instruments
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
