Role Overview
The Instrumentation & Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing instrumentation and control systems across major projects, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving innovation in automation and process control. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align technical objectives.
- Review and approve instrumentation drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Represent Ramet STD LLC in client meetings, technical reviews, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, DCS, and SCADA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
