Job Description
Durub Water Solutions LLC is a UAE-based company specializing in water pumps, GRP tanks, and water treatment solutions. We are looking for a professional and organized Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations through phone-based communication, client follow-ups, and coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow up and close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone and WhatsApp
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the sales team in closing deals through consistent follow-up
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams when required
- Achieve monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service
- Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
- Clear and professional speaking ability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Experience in B2B sales or client coordination
- Experience in construction, MEP, or technical products is a plus
- Strong persistence and follow-up mindset
