We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our team at Morsel Chocolates, to provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Job Summary
Responsible for serving guests with professionalism, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and well-presented
- Assist guests with menu inquiries and special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for efficient service
- Handle billing and payments when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, polite, and well-groomed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Arabic preferred.
