Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Instruments Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemicals, instruments, or electrical engineering and at least one year of experience working with portals like SAP Ariba, Adderb, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the customer.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery of products.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals, Instruments, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with portals like SAP Ariba, Adderb, and ERP systems.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the chemicals, instruments, or electrical engineering industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
