Property Consultant Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Mira Real Estate
We are looking for Property Consultant for our Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Requirements:
- Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English. (Multilingual preferred)
- Preferably with driving license.
- Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to remain calm and focused on high-pressure situations.
- Adaptable, flexible, and detail oriented.
