Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic IT professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As an IT Supervisor, your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure proper functioning.
Serve as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, etc.
Maintain sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies.
Keep all hardware and software logs updated according to departmental procedures.
Document all hardware configurations and inventory.
Document telephone system configurations and all MPT lines.
Understand departmental procedures and perform related tasks accordingly.
Carry out repairs and maintenance of PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, key lock systems, etc.
Manage user access requests and authorizations (Win
2000, E-mail, Opera, Micros, Novell).
Respond to user requests and provide adequate support.

Education
, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a degree in the information technology field, previous experience in a similar role, and proven knowledge in operating and maintaining equipment. Good command of English and the ability to troubleshoot and rectify subsystems are essential.
