We are Elevators Company based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in indoor sales and customer service.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates holding own visa.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
