We are looking for a skilled and experienced Draughtsman who excels in AutoCAD and 3D modeling and has experience working on scale models for real estate projects. If you are detail-oriented and technically proficient, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview
As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for developing accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and scale modelsbased on architectural plans. You will work closely with our architectural and design teams to ensure each model meets project requirements with precision and realism.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed technical drawings and blueprints for 3D models and scale models of real estate developments.
Use AutoCAD to draft precise 2D and 3D representations of projects.
Create and refine 3D models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or SolidWorks (knowledge of multiple software is an advantage).
Interpret architectural plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate model production.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to refine models based on feedback.
Work with model-making teams, utilizing technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC machining.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all drawings and models meet specifications.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
Experience in 3D modeling and scale model creation for real estate development projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of technical drawing, blueprint reading, and architectural detailing.
Familiarity with 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting techniques is an added advantage.
Ability to work with precise measurements and attention to detail.
Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or SolidWorks is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to project requirements.
Prior experience in a 3D model-making company, architectural firm, or real estate development industry is a bonus.
