Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented, results-oriented, and approachable Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, both online and in-store. Your ability to build strong relationships through effective sales techniques and provide outstanding customer service will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide assistance to walk-in and online customers
Perform basic data entry tasks as required
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay calm under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven success in a retail or customer service role (at least 1 year)
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
Team player with potential for leadership
Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and varied tasks
Solid understanding of basic sales techniques
Compensation:
In addition to your base salary, you will earn a sales commission for meeting your targets.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
