Responsibilities
:Client and Sales Management
Communicating with clients and responding to their inquiries via the company’s unified number
Monitoring existing clients and providing regular updates on their requests
Developing new client relationships and attracting new customers to the company
Visiting potential clients within Riyadh when needed
Providing initial consultations to clients regarding import operations from China
:Order and Operations Management
Tracking client orders from the order stage to shipping and delivery
Continuous coordination with the team in China and suppliers
Monitoring import, shipping details, and commercial documents
Updating clients on any developments or requirements related to their requests
:Content and Marketing Management
Managing some of the company’s activities on social media platforms
Publishing marketing content for the company (especially on TikTok)
Contributing to building a digital presence for the company and attracting clients through content
Monitoring suppliers in China
Tracking daily updates with suppliers and partners in China.
