- Lead the daily operations of the boutique café bar with high standards of quality, service, and presentation
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with consistency and excellence
- Create professional latte art and elevate the visual presentation of every drink
- Develop, curate, and maintain a unique café beverage menu including signature drinks, seasonal creations, and special concepts
- Experiment with new flavors, ingredients, and trends to continuously enhance the café experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create personalized experiences for guests
- Manage coffee supplies, inventory, and daily café requirements
- Ensure the café bar maintains a clean, organized, and premium atmosphere
- Support brand events, activations, and private experiences with customized drink concepts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista / Head Barista in a specialty café, boutique, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques, and beverage development
- Skilled in latte art and creative drink presentation
- Experience creating and developing beverage menus is preferred
- Creative mindset with passion for aesthetics, trends, and customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, stylish, and client-focused personality
Pay: QAR2,300.00 – QAR3,800.00 per month
