Hydrogen Production, Compression & Storage Commissioning Manager Jobs in Ḑubā’, Saudi Arabia at Air Products (Middle East) FZE
Location: Ḑubā’
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures to ensure successful project completion
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure commissioning activities are aligned with project schedules and budget
Manage the Electrolyser and Balance of Plant commissioning teams, provide guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient execution of Commissioning and Start-up tasks
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during commissioning activities
Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and issues to ensure project milestones are achieved
Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test procedures, validation checklists, Performance Guarantee Testing and reports
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on commissioning progress and address any concerns or issues
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve commissioning-related problems and challenges
Reporting to the GHE CSU Manager and working closely with the other Area CSU Managers to ensure flawless execution during CSU phase of the Project
Provide progress reports to supplement the CSU Progress reporting programme
Skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead/Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and equipment
Ability to manage and lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required
