The role includes planning preventive maintenance, supervising repair works, conducting condition assessments, coordinating with maintenance teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.
Cost Control Engineer
The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for monitoring operational and maintenance costs, preparing budgets, analyzing expenditures, and supporting efficient resource utilization across O&M contracts. The role includes preparing cost reports, tracking labor and material costs, monitoring contract performance, supporting invoicing, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
