Universal BIM is urgently hiring an experienced HVAC Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of GCC experience in HVAC/MEP drafting
- UAE experience preferred
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, MEP drawings, and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate HVAC shop drawings, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare drawings for HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment, and mechanical services
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural disciplines
- Review and incorporate comments, revisions, and design changes
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on approved site conditions
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, UAE standards, and approved design requirements
- Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 3–5 years GCC experience
Availability: UAE candidates preferred; immediate joiners highly preferred
Pay: AED2,349.38 – AED7,523.13 per month
