Job Summary:

Darmasarat is looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Specialistto manage key HR functions, includingtalent acquisition,employee vacation tracking, payroll administration, and employee services. The ideal candidate should be well-versed inHR policies, labor laws, and best practicesto ensure smooth operations and compliance.Fluency in Arabic is a mustfor effective communication with employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records & Vacation Management

•           Maintain and updateemployee vacation and leave records.

•           Ensure compliance withcompany policies and labor lawsregarding leave entitlements.

•           Process and approveleave requestsin coordination with department managers.

Payroll & Compensation Administration

•           Assist insalary processing, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and deductions.

•           Handleovertime, bonuses, and end-of-service benefits.

•           Ensure compliance withgovernment regulationsrelated to payroll and social security.

Employee Services & Support

•           Manage employee-related services, includingmedical insurance, contracts, and benefits administration.

•           Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regardingHR policies, salary, and benefits.

•           Support in handlingemployee grievances and conflict resolution.

Recruitment & Onboarding

•           Assist inhiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

•           Support onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure asmooth integration into the company.

•           Maintain and updateHR databases and employee files.

HR Compliance & Reporting

•           Ensure HR operations align withlocal labor laws and company policies.

•           PrepareHR reportsrelated to workforce planning, leave balances, and payroll trends.

•           Support inHR audits and documentation management.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•2+ years of experiencein HR roles, preferably invacation management, talent acquisition, or employee services.

•           Strong knowledge ofHR policies, labor laws, and payroll regulations.

•           Proficiency inHR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

•           Excellentorganizational and problem-solving skills.

•Fluency in Arabic is a must, with strong English communication skills.

•           Ability tohandle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism.
